Something Blue
True story: I pinned these shoes on my Pinterest Board right after I found my wedding dress.
I just so happened to be in St. Louis during Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale (this year it starts 7/19 - 8/4). I strolled down the 7.5 aisle and the shoes were basically screaming: buy me, buy me! I picked the shoes up in disbelief because I’d just pinned these exact shoes on my Pinterest Board. Except these shoes were blue and not IVORY like my dress. I tried them on anyway. Praise be to God that not only were they my size but they were on sale for half price. SOLD!

While swiping my visa I asked myself: was wedding planning really going to be this easy? Surely its supposed to be harder than this right? I was pleasantly surprised yet so happy that I knocked two big things off my wedding to-do list with zero effort and stress.
