I’m a full-time consultant and social entrepreneur. I strive to combine my life passions for public health and entertainment in everything that I do. I am a true Gemini that loves to explore. New products and experiences excite me so I’m willing to try anything once. I’m that go-to girlfriend you want in your group chat, planning your next vacay, and showing up to your events.
This blog has opened doors for me to partner with my favorite brands as a digital influencer sharing my love for DC lifestyle, health, beauty, and entertainment. I’ve served as the DC editor for Trip by Skyscanner (a city and travel guide app); interviewed my favorite celebs like Denzel Washington, June Ambrose, and Melanie Fiona to name a few. This blog even received runner up for the Best Local Blog by Washington City Paper.
I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Alabama A&M University. I went on to earn my Masters in Public Health from Emory University. Currently I live in DC with my husband Justin.
