Eduardo’s Beach Shack is Aruba’s best smoothie and juice bar located right on the beach behind Playa Linda Beach Resort. The extensive menu is full of healthy breakfast options including açaí bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, salads and sandwiches. We stopped in for breakfast before hitting the beach. What I loved most about this spot was the price!
