This evening I was invited to attend the media preview of Crystal Couture – A fashion show & sale brings 40 of DC’s most stylish boutiques and designers all under one roof. I don’t think I would ever get tired of going to fashion events and taking pictures! I absolutely love it!!! I’ll post the rest of the pictures from the event this week.
On Friday I could not stop admiring my own nails!!! I caught myself just staring at them throughout the day. Later that night I tweeted a picture saying:

Milani Nail Lacquer in Paradise Pink and Totally 80s
This was my first time trying Milani polishes and I am very impressed! The application was slightly streaky but for $4 Paradise Pink may be my new favorite! I also picked up two Spring colors from Revlon that were also buy one, get one 50% off at CVS.
Sunshine Sparkle is a faint yellow with iridescent little sparkles. It used about 3 coats and finished it off with Seche Vite dry fast top coat! I love Seche Vite! It is a definite beauty must have if you do your nails yourself
People have been buzzing about Sally Hansen Salon Effects nail polish strips so when I saw them for 75% off I didn’t hesitate to get them. Since neon is making a comeback for the Spring I got picked two neon brights: Squeezed and Groove. I can’t wait to try them!
Coming to America has to be my favorite movie of all time! Anytime it comes on TV I have to watch it. Even though this is supposed to be a photo challenge, I decided to post a clip from the wedding scene. The African dance choreography is amazing!
A lot has happened over the past year. Without getting too personal I am still on my path towards total life prosperity! I finally understand the value of great relationships.

It’s no secret that I am a fan of Solange Knowles and her style! For the month of February she has teamed up with British Vogue to share her fashion and style choices everyday! It’s only been two days and I’m digging the fashion feature! 
I’ll be checking faithfully to see what she’s wearing every day for the rest of this month over at British Vogue.

I wear my Tiffany charm bracelet almost every single day. Each charm has a special meaning to me! I absolutely love it!
So the men of The Seventh District have spoken! They want more men’s fashion and style features. I won’t make any promises but I will try to do a District Dapper men’s post at least once a week. Last week Kelly Rowland released a video for “Keep It Between Us” with Lance Gross staring as her love interest. I couldn’t help but notice his neck piece.
His scarf is very similar if not identical the one G purchased before the holidays.
I wouldn’t be mad if Lance and Kelly were a real couple! They compliment each other well and have great chemistry in the video! Check out the video!
