DC Photo Diary: Georgetown Waterfront Park

When DC gets blessed with beautiful weather please do yourself a favor and take a trip down to Georgetown Waterfront Park. I love this outdoor space because you get to people watch a diverse mix of people (runners, bikers, skaters, shoppers, and more). The waterfront also hosts one of the best views of the Potomac River and the Key Bridge. Along the path there are benches and plenty of grass picture perfect for a picnic. Even with the extra tourists this park is still a favorite of mine that offers just a little mini escape from the hustle and bustle of DC.

Dare I say some folks are trying to turn this into the former Paris Love Lock bridge?
