LA Photo Diary: Disneyland

My last trip to LA left an undeniable mark. I have a real sweet spot in my heart for the the city of angels. On the first day of the new year, me and 4 girlfriends packed into a SUV for a quick, one hour road trip up to Anaheim, California to spend the day at the happiest place on earth!

Disneyland Park

Yes we are those adults! Decked out in Disney’s finest head pieces and sequined Minnie mouse backpacks.

Of course the girls and I had to take a selfie usie in all our Disney gear.

One of my favorite things about visiting theme parks is eating all the junk like this overpriced chocolate, strawberry funnel cake. OMGee it was so good!

I absolutely adore Christmas lights and decorations. If you go during the holidays make your way to Fantasy Land of the park for It’s a Small World special holiday experience. As you approach, you’ll hear a medley of the iconic “it’s a small world” sing along with traditional holiday tunes. Once you’re inside the attraction the waterway ride will take you on a festive winter world tour with thousands of shimmering lights and regional decorations.

A day at Disney is not complete without a Mickey Mouse ice cream bar covered in M&Ms.
