Spring in DC

Each Spring millions of people flock to DC to get a glimpse of the beautiful cherry blossoms that line the Tidal Basin. Experts predict when they will bloom but the “peak” period only lasts a short few days. In anticipation of Cherry Blossom season my friends at AT&T gifted me with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and asked if I’d test it out and snap some pics.

This year peak bloom was the last weekend in March (Easter weekend) and I was out-of-town spending time with my family. Total bummer right. Since I knew I’d missed them at their peak I did manage to snap some pics around my way before I left.  All of these pics are completely unedited, and unfiltered directly from the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

I’m so not a techie so I can’t go into a lot of detail about the specs of the phone but in my opinion the photo quality far exceeds that of my iPhone6. As much as I loved the pics I have to admit I’m totally an Apple girl. I don’t think I’ll ever switch to an Android phone. It’s just so different (For lack of better words). I snapped more pics on Instagram . Check them out!

Thank you to DC Mobility and AT&T for the opportunity!
