A few weeks ago the fitness gurus at Revolve invited me to participate in the Cross Cycle Challenge. Even though I’d never taken a spin class I was up for the challenge. The first part started with a vigorous 45 minute indoor cycling ride followed by a 60 minute yoga session at Tranquil Space.
Thankfully I was able to keep up during the ride. I was proud of myself for not slacking when the instructor told us to up the resistance. I could feel the burn and there were so many times I wanted to quit. My legs were relieved towards the end when we completed weighted arm reps.

Up next was the yoga portion of the challenge. I understand this 2 hour-long work out was designed as a challenge but after cycling an hour-long yoga class was entirely too long for me. I literally fell asleep!
After we completed the challenge we were greeted with Sweetpress shots- 100% organic cold pressed juice.
