Confession: If it’s not available via the web or in a magazine I won’t read it! Sad but true. As much as I love reading, lately I haven’t had the time to actually sit down and read a book! I’m hoping to change that very soon. As a self proclaimed fashion lover I have to admit I don’t know much about the history of fashion but I’m intrigued and want to absorb as much knowledge as possible. This desire comes at the perfect time since I’m also in the process of finally giving first place (my apartment) some flavor. I’ve been scouring the net searching for inspiration. I stumbled upon an awesome feature-How To Style a Coffee Table, which spoke to me so much that I saved the picture in my phone to re-create the look in my living room. I love everything about this coffee table!
I’m a sucker for detail so I plan on incorporating my newly acquired fashion books into my coffee table decor. My search for luxury fashion coffee table books at reasonable prices has been successful. Here are 4 picks under $30:Louis Vuitton Icons ($25) The Sartorialist: Closer ($30) Balenciaga ($25) Marc Jacobs ($25) all available online. If you’re wondering I did finish 3 out of 5 books from District Reads Part I. Expect more district interior inspiration posts in the coming weeks.
