A Lesson in Swank

Over the weekend I was chatting with Kimee- the Fashion Director of Neon V Mag and of course the topic of fashion came up and she mentioned Olori Swank. We briefly discussed her personal style and her transition from medical school student turned celebrity fashion stylist.  I knew of Olori from her feature on The Fashion Bomb Daily but Kimee introduced me to her fashion styling workshop series: A Lesson in Swank. Since becoming a “stylist” is such a sought after fashion career, I had to share this with the fashionable Seventh District readers. My hope is that this information will help someone reach their dream career in fashion.

A Lesson in SWANK is a preparatory workshop series for aspiring and established Fashion Stylists; taught by celebrity fashion stylist, Olori SWANK. The workshop series is broken into three segments. The purpose of these courses is to teach you every aspect of the fashion styling business from beginning to end. You will learn what the business is really about, how it works, how to get started, and how to stay in business.

Here is some of her Swank Work with Dawn Richard

Maybe if enough people expressed interest she would! I’m not interested in becoming a stylist but I would love to attend the workshop just to absorb that valuable information
